1 Definitions and Scope of Agreement

"9kiss", "we", "Platform" or "company" refers to the operator of the website 9kiss.vu, including all related services, mobile applications, and digital products.

"Member", "you" or "user" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 9kiss platform and uses it for online gambling entertainment purposes.

6 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Using false identity information or documents during registration or KYC.
• Using bots, automation software, or any unauthorised method to gain an advantage in games.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members to cheat the gaming system, including in poker or live table games.
• Abusing the bonus system through opposing wagering strategies or proxy accounts.

10 Account Termination and Closure

You may close your 9kiss account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid funds in your account will be returned via the original payment method once the review is complete.

9kiss reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member has violated any term in this document, engaged in fraud, or threatened the security of the platform.

• Account termination upon a member's own request is typically completed within 3–5 business days.
• Ineligible balances (including bonuses with unfulfilled requirements) will not be refunded.
• Members whose accounts are forcibly closed due to fraud are not entitled to any refund.

11 9kiss Liability Limits
